-Pre-order items
Some items are pre-ordered (Uggs, Airpods, and Initial chains). Please allow up to 2 weeks for items (3 weeks for uggs) to be shipped out and delivered.
-Order Cancellation
After 48 hours, Orders will be placed and confirmed. Orders have to be cancelled before that time frame.
-Shipping Policy
Please be sure that all shipping address information is correct, you will have 24 hours to change any mistakes. Sistas Dollhouse is not responsible for any delivery mishaps. Email us at [email protected] to fix any mistake. Any orders returned to Sistas Dollhouse, you will be alerted to change delivery address and a re- delivery fee.
-Refunds
NO REFUNDS. Refunds are subject to orders only under extenuating circumstances.
-Pick Up Orders

We will contact you when your order is ready for pickup via email
After 48 hours, if there is no response or your order hasn't been picked up we will ship the order out to you, BUT a shipping fee of $8.00 will have to be paid before we ship your order out. Orders that exceed the 48 hour limit and has no payment of the shipping fee will be cancelled and a refund CAN NOT be allocated.
